He revamped Knowledge Management Systems (KMS) and pioneered the use of social media for branding in KMS. He was also the Editor- in-Chief of in-house journal of NTPC Ltd. He is Independent Director, IIFCL Asset Management company and worked as HR Transformation Consultant for GSFC, GACL, GGRC and Cadila Pharmaceuticals
